Bluestone Therapy: Camilla Nicholls

Welcome to the Bluestone Therapy website. On this site you will find information about the confidential therapy and counselling service I provide.

Why Therapy?

There are many reasons why people from all walks of life seek counselling. Frequent triggers are anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, bereavement, problems at work, expected or unexpected life changes. Some people find they are experiencing general feelings of uncertainty or distress, others may find an event in the media might disturb emotions that have remained dormant for years or existed since childhood.

Talking to a therapist in a safe, confidential environment can enable difficult feelings and situations to be confronted and resolved. Being heard properly for the first time can often be an important first step on a successful therapeutic journey.
